Jeff Fahrendorf
Owner
Jeff Fahrendorf grew up in Richardson and moved to Lucas in 2007. He has over 30 years of experience in construction and construction sciences.
As a veteran licensed insurance adjuster and home inspector, Jeff has a thorough knowledge of the insurance industry, and will work tirelessly on your project and offer more expertise than you may even ask for! He loves to educate clients on all things related to their home. Jeff is self-taught in Spanish, and does great accents—just ask him for one! In his free time, Jeff loves to get on his skid steer and tear things up!
Heather Fahrendorf
Office & Project Manager
Heather Fahrendorf grew up in a small town in Oklahoma where she learned the value of hard work in her grandparents’ and parents’ family-owned agricultural business.
She moved to Texas for college, lived in Spain for 3 years in her mid-20s where she learned the Castilian Spanish Jeff loves to tease her about. She worked as a Spanish teacher in Plano, Allen, and Ector ISDs.
Heather is the Office Manager and shares Project Management with Jeff. She pretty much keeps the schedule on track!
Jeff founded Lucas Roofing in 2010 after seeing a gap in local companies that could offer his background of expertise in construction, inspecting, and insurance adjusting. Heather became a part of the company very soon after, and since then, they have been offering a full-service concierge general contracting business. Together Heather and Jeff make a great husband and wife team that will be 100% hands-on with your projects and be a company you can trust.
